About UsEd started his career in the U.S. Navy, where he spent 21 years of service. During this period of time advanced to the position of SCPO, Holding various positions, one being that of Recruit Company Commander, and his last Being that of LCU Craft Master here in Virginia, One of only 38 in the USN at that time.
In 1993, he started his career in the roofing industry as a Laborer in a Sheet Metal crew, excelling quickly to a Foreman’s position. During this period, he was promoted to Sheet Metal Manager.
For the next few years, Ed served in many capacities including Roofing Estimator and Roofing Sales. He held various other positions and promotions which led to his current position as Roof Services Corporate Safety Director. As such, Ed has qualified as “Train the trainer” in Forklift Driving, OSHA 10/30 hr course, First Aide/CPR instructor and DDC4 (Defensive Driver Class) as 1 of only 3 Virginia qualified in private industry,.
As Corporate Safety Director, Ed is in charge of oversight and design of safety and training for both field and office personnel. He is also qualified by the National Safety Council, and the Dept of Labor as a Manager of Education, Safety and Health.
