Marcello Passalacqua

Marcello came to RSC's Richmond Division in 2005 after working in the construction industry for over 10 years.  He currently supervises 6 2-man crews between the Richmond and Fredericksburg branches as the Service Manager for the Maintenance Division.  He is in charge of creating and maintaining a customer base, dispatching crews, emergency and non-emergency calls, estimating, etc.  Marcello has also been enrolled in a roofing apprenticeship program for the past 2 years.
