About UsRoger started roofing at the age of 18 and by the age of 21, he was the youngest single ply foreman in the state of Virginia. He worked in the field until the late 80's and early 90's when he worked as an Operations Manager for several of the larger commercial roofing contractors in the Hampton Roads area.
In 1993, Roger began work with Roof Services Corporation in the Maintenance Division. In a short period of time, he was promoted to Service Manager and has remained in that position ever since. His responsibilities include daily scheduling of eight two-man repair crews, coordinating emergency leak call response, customer issues, estimating, and management of the company's Preventive Maintenance Program and Roof Condition Assessment Program. These programs involve roof maintenance and inspection of over 300 commercial buildings.
Mr. O'Shields has worked in the roofing industry for his entire working life.
