Richard (Rick) Vaughan, Manager, Repairs and Maintenance
Rick grew up in Anchorage, AK where he worked as a helper, mechanic and foreman in the commercial roofing field.
In 1992, he went to work as a technical sales representative for Kemper Roofing and Waterproofing. As a sales rep with Kemper, he moved from Washington to New York City to continue his employment.
In 1999, he began his career with Roof Services Corporation. He began in the field as a foreman and quickly moved his way up to his current position as Manager for the department. His responsibilities include daily scheduling of repair crews, coordinating emergency leak call response, customer issues, estimating, and management of the company's Preventative Maintenance Program and Roof Condition Assessment Program. These programs involve roof maintenance and inspection of over two hundred commercial buildings.
Mr. Vaughan has worked in the roofing industry for over 20 years.
